    Parking in downtown Wilmington can be difficult, especially during warmer months and on weekends, but the Cotton Exchange does provide free parking on the corner of Front and Grace Streets for shoppers and diners. Due to the popularity of the Cotton Exchange, there is a chance the parking lot could be full. Fortunately for hotel guests, the Cotton Exchange is a convenient and pleasant two-block walk from Riverview Suites.

    The Cotton Exchange features five unique dining venues, including an ice cream parlor and a coffee shop. The German Cafe serves authentic German specialties and sandwiches, while The Basics restaurant prepares traditional soul food classics with a modern twist.
